Office Manager (1 opening)
Responsibilities
- Manage office so that sales and operations can focus on our customers.
- Invoicing and account receivable using quickbooks.
- Ordering and Inventory.
- Assist operations with service ordering.
- Assist marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience as an office manager.
- Minimum 2 year quickbook experience.
- Mature, enthusiasm and positive attitude at all times.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Excellent people and service skills.
- Bachelor degree is required.
- Experience with telecom is a big bonus.
System Engineer (1 opening)
Responsibilities
- Setup new customers, including requirement analysis, provisioning, installation, training and etc.
- Support existing customers for their technical issues.
- Provide support to senior engineers on system customization, server administration and programming.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors and customers for smooth service activation.
- Support sales for special customer requirement analysis and support.
Requirements
- Knowledge in telephone and/or computer network.
- Experience in scripting and software programming.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer support skills and attitude.
- Bachelor degree in technical field CS/CIS/EE/MIS is required.
